The booking fee is non-refundable, but it is transferable once to a new date within 6 months of your original appointment—provided you give at least 7 days' notice if you need to reschedule.

A new booking fee will be required if:

• You cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your appointment for any reason (including not reading or following pre-procedure instructions, or failing to ensure you are not contraindicated).

• You reschedule more than once.

• You reschedule to a date more than 6 months after your original booking.

Same-day cancellations (including arriving over 15 minutes late, or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost, taken automatically from the card on file.
